“Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” estrena su primer teaser tráiler

Marvel Studios premiered on YouTube the first teaser trailer for his long-awaited film “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness“, Starring the eponymous Sorcerer Supreme played by the actor Benedict Cumberbatch.

Set after the events of “Loki” and “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” the film will see the superhero suffer the consequences of using the powers of the multiverse, as well as the apparent intervention of an alternate version of himself.

The trailer also shows the return of Scarlet Witch / Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen, who just suffered her own problems in the Disney + miniseries “WandaVision.”

They won’t be the only characters to return, with Benedict Wong returning to play Wong – current Sorcerer Supreme and Strange’s mentor – while Chiwetel Ejiofor returns as Karl Mordo, who continues his mission to hunt down the other sorcerers. The film will also serve to introduce the young superhero America Chavez, played by actress Xochitl Gomez.

But perhaps the most exciting return is that of Sam Raimi to the director’s chair of a superhero movie, this director being one of the first engines of the genre at the beginning of 2000 with his trilogy of “Spider-Man” (2002-2007) .

At the moment the premiere of the film is scheduled for May 6, 2022.
