Unlimited strike at the Rouffach hospital center

The Unsa, FO, CGT and CFDT unions of the Rouffach hospital center, in the Haut-Rhin, have filed a strike notice from midnight Wednesday, for an unlimited period. Among the demands of the inter-union, “the reduction and overcrowding of beds”, “the understaffing of staff and the overload of work”, “the still insufficient means in the field” or even “the removal without salary of non-professional professionals. vaccinated ”, reports Actu Haut-Rhin.

The staff denounce a deterioration of working conditions within the health establishment. The employees would also be victims of “physical and verbal attacks”, of “death threats” and would operate in a climate of “insecurity”.

Already a strike in July

The movement will be renewed “as long as there is no concrete improvement in our working conditions”, indicates to Alsace Thomas Eschbach, Unsa delegate. A call for mobilization had already taken place last July for the same reasons and the unions deplore the lack of reaction from the management. A rally of the strikers should take place Thursday in front of the hospital, at 3 pm.
