This Friday evening and tomorrow morning, there may be some additional police checks in Strasbourg. Prime Minister Jean Castex is indeed going to the Strasbourg Eurometropolis at the end of the day where he will meet the staff of the Strasbourg civil hospital. Objective announced, to discuss with health professionals on the future of the hospital and the deployment of Ségur de la Santé. He will be accompanied by ministers Brigitte Klinkert (Work, employment and integration) and Brigitte Bourguignon (delegate to the Minister of Health, in charge of autonomy).
Then he will go around 7 p.m. to the Christmas market to meet security professionals there so that he can be presented with the security system and the health rules implemented.
Saturday morning, Jean Castex will attend the commemoration of the Christmas market attack of December 11, 2018 before going to Ittenheim for the inaugural gesture of the western bypass of Strasbourg, the A355. Please note that this will not be open to traffic before December 17th at the earliest.
