Cut the butterfly-type chicken fillets and season them with salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil. Place the flour with a pinch of salt, the slightly beaten eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, and the breadcrumbs with chopped parsley in three separate bowls. Pass the fillets in that order (first through the flour, then through the eggs and finally through the breadcrumbs). Go placing them on a buttered plate or parchment paper. Then, spray a little vegetable oil on top of the milanesas and cook them in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 25 minutes. 15 minutes on one side and 10 on the other, or until they are a nice golden color.
