The gastronomic sector is celebrating, once again Peruvian restaurants are present in the 50 Best Latam, ranking in the best positions on the prestigious list. Of the 50, 9 establishments in our country stood out, being Central chosen the best of the entire list.
It was last November 15 in Yucatán (Mexico) that the restaurants chosen by the 300 voters that make up the qualifying jury were announced. Among the 9 Peruvian establishments that made up this list, Mil from Cusco, also Osso, specializing in meat, and Mérito, which jumped to 11th place, which brings together Peruvian and Venezuelan food, stood out.
