The 21st edition of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants gala will be held in the city of Valencia, Spain, next June. The gastronomic meeting, which establishes the ranking of the 50 best restaurants in the world, leaves London to enjoy the Mediterranean and a city that exudes culture.
The choice of the Valencian capital is due to its varied cuisine, including paella, all i pebre, and horchata, among others. So also its architectural centers, its wide green spaces, its beaches and its climate for that season.
The most anticipated culinary event in the sector will take place throughout the city, region and province and will culminate with the presentation of the annual ranking at the awards ceremony that will take place at the architectural complex of the City of the Arts and Sciences.
The third Spanish city will receive chefs and culinary stars from all over the world, as well as lovers of good food. Among the activities, the 50 Best Signature Sessions have been proposed, where renowned chefs collaborate with the best local restaurants to create one-night dining experiences. This event will be open to the public.
The program also includes a new edition of the #50BestTalks thought leadership forum, as well as an educational event for aspiring chefs and culinary students in the region.
