This new gastronomic bet was born from the experience of one of the partners who, tired of going from one place to another in his food trucks, decided to settle in a local. The offer includes grilled chicken, anticuchos, cebiches, hamburgers and more. The stalls include: Cambalache, chickens and grills, Cambalache Mar y fuego, Tatán and the bar with cocktails.

Aviation Market

It is the first gastronomic space to offer the ‘all you can eat’ experience. You can find four brands, including two new ones: Big Maki (in addition to makis they offer tacos, pizzas and sushi hot dogs) and Cheat Day Burger (inspired by North American smash burgers). There is also El Mexicano and Square Pizza (each diner chooses the ingredients they enjoy the most to add to their pizza). The cocktails arrive thanks to La Tequilería. You will find Casa Mendoza, Bing Burger, La 22, La Barra, Buena Mar, Q’ Queso, Dolce Gelato, Ocho Chaufas, Pappas Grill, Sushi Mambo, Pan del Portu and Corazón Contento. About to open are Talima Waffles and Chilanguito.
