Ingredients

  • 7 boiled potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 300 grams of ham or jamonada
  • Breadcrumbs (for the mold)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Smash the potatoes with the help of a masher or fork but while hot to make it easier to work and mix with the melted butter, pepper, salt to taste, and half a cup of grated mozzarella cheese. Take a refractory mold, and grease it with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, this will allow the cake to be cut much easier. Go preheating the oven to 180 degrees. We arrange a first layer of potato in your mold, and place some slices of ham and slices of mozzarella cheese on top. Cover with one more layer of potato and do the same operation. The last layer will be only mozzarella cheese so that it can gratin well. Take your mold to the oven for 25 minutes. Ready!
