Caesar salad: steps and secrets to prepare the salad that will save you from trouble

The Caesar salad is one of the most requested in restaurants. Its freshness and flavor has made it one of the favorites. Yo Madre’s Recipes gives us all the secrets to not fail in the attempt.

  • Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • Toasted bread in squares.
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 40 grams of anchovies
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ lemon (juice)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • A splash of Worcestershire sauce
  • A splash of fresh milk or evaporated milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

First we prepare the sauce, mixing the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, anchovies and English sauce (optional) and blend. If the mixture is too thick, we add a little strawberry milk or evaporated milk. In a frying pan, brown the chicken breast in pieces seasoned with salt and pepper. In a container we put the chopped lettuce, we add Parmesan cheese, the chicken, the diced toasts, the sauce and then we mix and we can enjoy.
