Ingredients (6 servings):
Soak the lentils for half an hour. Drain and cook in 1 liter of water over medium heat for 20 minutes. In a separate pan we make the dressing with oil, garlic, onion and tomato. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Reduce the heat of the lentils and add the dressing. We mix well, rectify salt and serve. Advantage
