Like every week, La Gastronauta shares one of her most refreshing recipes: passion fruit mouse. With few ingredients and seasonal fruit we can make a delicious and super refreshing dessert.
If you start with passion fruit, cut in half and pour the contents into the glass of a blender. Pulse for 15 seconds at 5 second intervals, and then pass through a strainer to separate the juice from the blended seeds. In the blender glass, pour the passion fruit juice, the condensed milk and the previously frozen evaporated milk. Blend until it is a homogeneous mixture. Pour into individual portions and consume immediately or refrigerate for at least 8 hours for a thicker consistency.
