In this endless summer, with high temperatures, bananas ripen super fast. I share this rich recipe for banana cake to take advantage of ripe bananas. It is very simple, perfect to do with our children.
First, sift the dry ingredients: flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Then beat the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs and beat for another minute. It is important that all the ingredients are at room temperature. Finally, add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, little by little, interspersing with the milk, mixed with the vanilla, incorporate everything well in an enveloping way. Then place the dough in a mold greased with butter and sprinkled with flour and parchment paper on the base (to remove it easily). Cook it in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
