Rice with vegetables, the recipe that you will want to learn for when you have little time and are very hungry

Wash the rice and grate the carrot. Brown the garlic in the butter or oil. Add the peas, the carrot, the corn, the chopped noodles and let it brown for about 3 minutes. Add rice, water and salt to taste; Mix all ingredients. Cover the pot and let it cook over low heat until the water completely evaporates. Once the rice is cooked, you granate it.

Complete your lunchbox with:

Pork loin skewers + chopped cucumber + 1 whole fruit + water

An advice

Try to use those little pieces or little bits of the vegetables that you have left in the refrigerator so as not to waste anything. You could also use green beans, peppers, or green beans in this recipe.

One tip:

For your rice to come out grainy, always use the same amount of rice for the same amount of water.
