Quiche is a dish of European origin that is very popular in France and Germany. It is currently prepared all over the world and there are many variations. This week Alessandra Arce shares a mushroom quiche recipe made entirely with ingredients of plant origin.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180C. Process the dough ingredients, transfer to a surface and knead. Place the dough in a pie mold. Process the tofu with the filling ingredients. Sauté the garlic, onions, spinach and vegetables of preference. Incorporate with the processed tofu. Fill the mold. Decorate with vegan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
