In a bowl, beat the sugar with the oil for a couple of minutes, then add the eggs and beat for a few more minutes. Immediately add the carrot and the rest of the ingredients and incorporate them well. Place the dough in a cake container previously smeared with butter and sprinkled with flour (if the container is not made of silicone, I recommend putting a parchment paper on the base before dusting the flour, so that the cake is easily demoulded). Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 50 minutes.
