Somos Awards: these are the nominees for Best Restaurant in Lambayeque

The Somos Awards, a ceremony that highlights the best of the culinary scene in Peru and that recognizes talented Peruvian chefs and restaurants, will reward the best gastronomic space in Lambayeque.

This year’s nominees represent the diversity and passion for cooking that characterizes Lambayeque: picanterías, northern flavors and lots of joy. Each of these restaurants has its own identity and has conquered Peruvian and foreign palates.

The nominees:

The Somos Awards also include six special recognitions determined by a jury chaired by the journalist Hirka Roca Rey. These seek to choose the Best ceviche, the Best hamburger, the Best makis and the Best pairing or cocktail in Lima, in addition to an award for Contribution of the Year (character with a transcendental impact in the field during the period April 2022-April 2023) and the Bernardo Roca Rey award for Gastronomic Trajectory.

Voting for the Somos Awards has been open since May 28 and closes on July 2.
