Our breakfasts are usually strong, varied and tasty. Preparation

Season the meat with salt and pepper. Heat in a pot and cover with cold water and three garlic cloves. Boil the meat until the water is consumed and fry in its own lard. When golden, remove from heat and reserve. Separately, pass the onion through boiling water, drain it and season it with salt, lemon and sour orange juice, the yellow chili pepper and the rocoto. Let macerate for a few minutes. Serve the chicharrones accompanied by this sauce and fried sweet potatoes.
