Peruvian Wine Show 2023: everything you need to know about this wine festival

Attention all wine lovers, from July 17 to 22 the seventh edition of the Peruvian Wine Show that will bring together 30 producers from the regions of Lima, Ica, Arequipa, Moquegua, Tacna, Apurímac and La Libertad.

If you want to discover the best of Peruvian winemaking, this event will feature various activities that will allow you to discover and enjoy a wide selection of wines, participate in tastings, attend specialized talks, and delight yourself with exquisite pairing dinners. The appointment, in charge of Peruvino, will be at the San Borja Naval Center.

ACTIVITIES

1. Wine fair: an unmissable space to taste the national labels. It will also have a wine bar by the glass to enjoy boutique Peruvian wines. On the other hand, there will be a stand for pisco, spirits, spirits and Peruvian craft beer. Dates: July 20 and 21.
2. Talks: for those who want to learn more about the world of the vine. The talks will address historical, gastronomic and wine-growing issues. Entry by order of arrival (50 seats available). Dates: July 22 and 23 (Iquique Room).

3. Pairing dinners: to live a unique gastronomic experience. Outstanding Peruvian sommeliers will collaborate in the experience creating a harmony with dinner. Dates: July 22 and 23 (from 7 pm to 10 pm) at the Monitor Restaurant.

4. We taste Peru: opportunity to try the 25 most outstanding Peruvian wines from the Salón del Vino Peruano contest. Every year they are tasted and evaluated by expert judges of the sector. Reservations must be made to attend. Date: July 21 (6 to 10 pm).

5. We taste Peru: of conversations about the challenges of the present and the future of Peruvian wines. Producers, winemakers, sommeliers and wine lovers are invited to reserve their place. Date: July 21 at the Iquique Hall.

6. Gastronomic Patio: will have the presence of 10 food stands, with unique and exquisite dishes, including La Niña, El Populacho, Café 900, Tradición and Liverpool Resto Bar. The space will have a wine bar by the glass to pair your dishes with the wines of your choice.
