Preheat the oven to 180 C, clean the mushrooms with a paper towel, remove the stems and chop them. Add olive oil to a frying pan, fry the stems, onion, garlic and previously washed spinach. Let cool in a bowl. Mix the cream cheese, half of the mozzarella type cheese, garlic powder, paprika and the sauce. Fill the mushrooms, go through panko and more mozzarella cheese. Grease a tray with olive oil and bake the mushrooms for 20-25 minutes until they are gratin.
