Asparagus soufflé: a delicious recipe to share with the family

This recipe is super rich, simple and fast. And it is a way to introduce more vegetables to the house menu. They can even prepare it with the boys, that will make them more interested in trying it.

Ingredients:

Note: if you wish, you can add 1 onion and a clove of garlic, well cooked in a pan, with butter and olive oil. Also two slices of sliced bread. This will lower the asparagus flavor a bit if you are not used to it. But the recipe as is is wonderful and simple too.

Preparation:

For the asparagus, wash them and cut the hardest part of the base to discard. Then cook them in boiling salted water for approximately 5 minutes. Remove them from the heat and strain them. So that they are very green, put them in cold water with ice, this also helps to cut the cooking. Then cut to separate the stems from the tips, reserve some tips to decorate the soufflé. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend well. Minus a few asparagus tips and Parmesan cheese set aside for garnish. Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and cook in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 45 minutes. Remove from the oven when I have a slightly golden color and reserve a few minutes before serving. It is an excellent accompaniment or entrance. Enjoy
