Turkey stew: a very easy and nutritious recipe to prepare

I am sharing this rich recipe for turkey stew with a roast flavor and green olives that you will love. We are always looking for new recipes for our menus and this is a good option.

Salt and pepper the turkey and seal it over medium high heat. with vegetable oil. Withdraw and reserve. In the same pot, cook the onion cut into four together with the rosemary. They can add salt to make it sweat and lift flavors from the pot. Then add the garlic, tomato, bay leaf and cook for 5 minutes. Immediately add the vinegar, the yellow pepper and cook for a few more minutes. Finally add the soy sauce and return the turkey together with two cups of water. Raise the heat until it reaches a boiling temperature, then lower it to medium heat and cook for. 1 hour approximately. Remove the meat, blend the sauce and return it to the pot. Add the carrot, green olives and meat. Cook for 10 minutes. Off the heat add a teaspoon of cold butter. Serve and enjoy accompanied by rice or cassava and always a good salad.
