Chaufa rice: the simplest and tastiest recipe


  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 150 grams of chicken breast in small cubes
  • 150 grams of turkey ham in small cubes
  • 150 grams of pork, in pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese onion, white part, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon of kion grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 6 cups of cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoon Chinese onion, green part, minced
  • salt and pepper


Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken, ham and pork for six minutes. Add the sesame oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the Chinese onion, white part, and the kion. Stir until you feel the aroma of the ingredients. Remove from heat and let stand. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook the omelette for three minutes. Flip it over with a spatula, remove from heat and cut into squares. Return the pan with the meats to the fire. Add the rice and mix all the ingredients well. Add the soy sauce a few at a time and mix until the rice is evenly colored. Add the tortilla and spread the Chinese onion, green part. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
