Preparation:

Chop the mushrooms and fry them. Mash them with a potato masher or fork in a bowl. Add the sautéed mushrooms and seasonings. Integrate well and form balls of the same size. Pour a little olive oil on top. Place in the air fryer or oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce.
