Hydrate the soybeans with boiled water. Let stand for 10 minutes. Change the water and let it sit for 2 minutes. Drain the water and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder. Mix well and bake in the air fryer or oven at 180C for 7-8 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce.
