In addition to a good menu, the gastronomic experience is much better in a cozy and innovative space. That is why in the first edition of the Somos Awards, restaurants and bars were also recognized with the Best Environmental Design.

Some stand out for their elegant environments, others for the creativity of their proposal. We invite you to meet them below.

It should be noted that the winning restaurant in this category was Museo Larco.

Surrounded by a garden full of flowers, in front of an imposing viceregal mansion, the café-restaurant of the Larco Museum, in Pueblo Libre, presents a homemade and varied menu that aims to rediscover the flavors and products of the different regions of Peru in different environments and experiences.

In the appetizers we can find salmon tartare and Novo-Andean bachelor; as a background, quinotto of vegetables with yellow chili or roast strips; and desserts such as a lucuma mousse or suspiro limeño. The experience, without a doubt, transcends beyond the decoration.
