In the first edition of the Somos awards, the pollería that achieved the most votes from the public was Pardo’s Chicken.
The chicken shop began its history in 1986, with a store on José Pardo Avenue, in Miraflores, which was founded in partnership by Willy Wong and Anthony Ortiz.
