Strong broths such as chupe verde, chicken broth, Patasca and, the novelty of the year, lamb broth will arrive at the table. The experience is completed with a delicious basket of breads featuring the tanta wawa, the traditional sweet bread that has Andean herbs, cinnamon and chancaca honey.
