This Saturday the Peruvian Sweet Day will be celebrated and therefore, from Friday, April 26, the Association of Bakery and Pastry Entrepreneurs (ASPAN) in conjunction with the Municipality of Miraflores, will organize a free event to delight us with a selection of our traditional sweets.
Attendees will find sweets such as purple mazamorra and rice pudding, but also desserts from yesteryear.
In this way, there will also be an offer of ball of gold, chancay pudding with apple-based port wine, alfajores, guargüeros, ranfañote, marzipan, tocino del cielo, chimbo egg, cocadas, zambito rice, floating islands, among others.
At the event, there will also be a raspadillas station with more than 10 flavors of syrups. Among them, strawberry, mint, mango, aguaymanto, nuts, among others.
The traditional picarones will be presented in a variety of flavors, such as purple corn, mashua, carrot, strawberries, apple pie, roasted milk, and natural cakes based on banana, blueberries and raspberries.
In addition, this event for Peruvian Sweets Day will include breads from various regions and artisanal breads.
The event will take place from Friday the 26th to Sunday until April 28th at the Porta passage in Miraflores.
Every day the agenda will begin at 09:00 in the morning.
It should be noted that on Saturday, April 27, entrepreneurs in Peruvian pastries such as Carmen Canales, Dulcería Santa Rosa, Fidel of the Melcocha brand will be recognized.
