Mother’s Day: the guide to delivery desserts that you can enjoy with mom

On this Mother’s Day, there is nothing better than honoring them with delicious desserts according to their tastes. Whether with a beautiful tower of macaroons, one of the best chocolate cakes in Lima or perhaps some decorated cupcakes perfect for the occasion. That’s why, Advantage presents a list with five proposals that offer options for this Sunday, May 12.

Olivia and Coke

If it is artisanal food, with sourced and honest ingredients, Olivia y Coque is the proposal par excellence. They offer everything from meals to delicious desserts. Even their chocolate cake has been named the best in Lima. They take advantage of inputs such as 75% organic, Amazonian and Peruvian chocolate, as well as a delicious 100% artisanal mascarpone cheese that they produce, which is used in their famous Italian Tiramisu.

We can also find a delicious and moist carrot cake (or carrot cake), in which mascarpone cheese is used to create a light and soft frosting.

For Mother’s Day they offer the Amore per la Mamma Pack, with two small versions of both cakes.

The black berry

The renowned cafeteria adds to the list by presenting an interesting and beautiful variety of desserts to enjoy with mom. One of their options is the irresistible strawberry Käsekuchen, a traditional German-style cheesecake. It is prepared with homemade quark cheese.

The macaroni tower combines 36 units of this delicacy of French origin. The flavors are raspberry and hazelnut. Finally it is decorated with some beautiful fresh natural flowers.

We can also find cookies, alfajores, mix of snacks, mini cupcakes, profiteroles and cakes such as chocolate, summer mirror, and carrot.

Fausta Pastry

This venture celebrates traditional Peruvian sweets and was created by chef Mila Huamán. For this season it is proposed to conquer with delicious cakes such as its incredible alfajor cake prepared at home, crowned with mini guargüeros and some fresh flowers. We also find versions of chocolate cake, red velvet, carrot cake and pecan cake with manjarblanco.

A good option is the Peruvian Mama Box, which has salty and sweet options for a hearty and special breakfast. On the one hand, we find Supe tamales, chapla breads with Ayacuchano cheese, chard pie and meat or chicken empanadas. On the other, the sweetest, we find lemons from the convent of Ica, guargüeros from Moqueguanos, prestiños from Huanuqueños and pecan alfajores with Maras salt, stuffed with pot delicacy.

Claudia Cupcakes

In 2009, this Peruvian company was born, dedicated to the preparation and sale of decorated cupcakes for all types of occasions. The creator of this project is Claudia Salazar, who is a specialist in this type of desserts.

They currently offer their products through delivery, but they tell us that they will soon surprise us with their cafeteria and cupcake shop in Plaza San Miguel.

In addition to cupcakes decorated with a Mother’s Day theme, we can also find cakes. One option is a vanilla cake with manjarblanco, covered with a fondat dough decoration imitating flowers.

Petit Desserts

In San Borja we find the Petite desserts pastry shop and cafeteria, created by Camila Iturry. Her proposal offers a varied catalog for Mother’s Day in which we find a little bit of everything. For example, we find alfajor, vanilla and cream and chocolate cake molds, all in heart shapes.

You can’t miss the chocolúcuma, red velvet and carrot cake hearts. All versions can be found in two or three sizes. Other desserts available are lemon pie, New York cheesecake, flipped cream and passion fruit pie.

Finally, there are the gift boxes, which can combine different sweets such as cookies, brownies, cake and alfajor with muffins or cakes.
