Creepy lucuma mousse for Halloween

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp powdered colafish
  • 500 g lucuma pulp
  • 1 1/2 tzs.leche condensada
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 20 chocolate cookies
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 vanilla cookies
  • 50 g chocolate coating
  • Guacamole

preparation:

Hydrate the fishtail in three tablespoons of cold water. When it takes consistency, take a water bath for one minute. Reserve. In a bowl, mix the lucuma pulp with the condensed milk and vanilla. Add two tablespoons to the fishtail, mix and pour this preparation over the rest of the lucuma mixture. Beat the heavy cream until it forms peaks and add it to the previous mixture in three parts, integrating well after each addition. Pour into small glasses and refrigerate for an hour. Reserve.

Crush the chocolate chip cookies and mix with the butter. Place the preparation on the curdled lucuma mousse. Reserve.

Put the chocolate coating in a bowl and take it to a bain-marie to melt it. Put the chocolate in a sleeve and write the letters RIP on a vanilla cookie cut in half. Decorate the cups with gummy worms and the chocolate vanilla cookie. Serve.
