Homemade brownies: the tempting recipe that we can all prepare without fear of making mistakes

  • 200gr of butter
  • 180gr of chocolate bar, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup of unprepared flour (120gr)


Melt the butter and add the chopped chocolate. Add the eggs one by one and then the two types of sugar and vanilla. Add salt, flour and mix just enough to make it a homogeneous mixture. Pour into a mold with parchment paper and take to the oven previously preheated at 170’C for 25 to 30 minutes or until when punctured with a toothpick it comes out dry but with crumbs stuck to it. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting.


It will depend on the size of your pan, how thick or thin the brownies are. I used a 20cmx20cm mold.
