Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Crush the cookies and mix with melted butter and sugar (optional). Put in a baking tin with parchment paper or platen and set aside. For the filling, mix all the ingredients until it is a homogeneous mixture and pour over the cookies in the mold. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a minimum of an hour before cutting and serving.
