In the 85, La République en Marche does it again. The candidates of the presidential majority indeed came first in four out of five constituencies in Vendée, a conservative department where the RN and the Nupes each qualified two candidates in the second round. In the first constituency, that of La-Roche-sur-Yon, the outgoing deputy of the presidential majority, Philippe Latombe, comes first (30.65%) with a comfortable lead over the candidate of Nupes, Lucie Etonno ( EELV, 24.16%).
In the second constituency, the outgoing Modem MP, Patrick Loiseau, was dismissed in the first round, winning only 3.98% of the vote. The presidential majority had preferred him for the nomination Béatrice Bellamy (Horizons), who came first with 25.97% of the vote. She will face in the second round the candidate of Nupes, Nicolas Helary (21.84%). The LR candidate comes third with 17.34% of the vote.

In the third constituency, that of Sables-d’Olonne and Noirmoutier, the outgoing deputy of the presidential majority Stéphane Buchou is well ahead (36.07%), ahead of the RN candidate Corinne Fillet (21.39%).
In the fourth constituency, Véronique Besse (various right), current mayor of Les Herbiers who had already occupied this seat between 2005 and 2017, comes in first position (34.97%), ahead of the outgoing deputy of the presidential majority, Martine Leguille- Balloy (21.78%). The Nupes candidate comes in third position (17.58%), ahead of the RN candidate (10.77%).
In the fifth constituency, that of Fontenay-le-Comte, the majority deputy came out ahead with 37.39% of the vote. The candidate invested by the RN, Isabelle Magnin, qualifies for the second round (20.99%), with less than 400 votes ahead of the candidate of Nupes (20.12%).
