Jean-Marie Le Pen hospitalized after illness

The founder of the National Front, Jean-Marie Le Pen, 94, was hospitalized on Saturday afternoon after feeling unwell at his home in Rueil-Malmaison (Hauts-de-Seine), Le Parisien reports, confirming the information from Point. Jean-Marie Le Pen’s health condition was considered “serious”, no one else knew. This is a “serious anxiety,” emphasizes the Parisian in his entourage.

Jean-Marie Le Pen was already hospitalized for several days in February 2022 after suffering from a transient ischemic attack, a mild form of stroke. Last year, he recovered from Covid-19 without complications. It has since been revived, until recently. Two days ago, he posted on his YouTube channel his traditional “Journal” in which he discusses French news. During his transfer to the hospital this Saturday afternoon, “he was singing in the ambulance,” testifies one of his relatives.
