Reshuffles: Dati, Darmanin, Sejournet, Oudea-Caster, Vautrin… These are the ministers of the Attal government

The first names will be widely disseminated, and their formalization will take some time, but now it is done. The Secretary General of the Elysee Palace, Alexis Kohler, announced this Thursday evening at the Elysee Palace the first list of ministers that will form the government of the new Prime Minister Gabriel Attal. The first meeting of the Council of Ministers will take place this Friday at 11 am.

Thus, several heavyweights were confirmed to key positions in the government, including Bruno Le Maire in economics and Gérald Darmanin in internal affairs. Sebastien Lecornu remains in the Armed Forces, and Eric Dupont-Moretti in the Ministry of Justice.

Following these statements, Republican President Eric Ciotti announced the expulsion of Rachida Dati from the party, considering that she had thus “placed herself outside our political family.”
