RN deputy accused of violence by his assistant in parliament

Was RN MP for the 15th constituency of Bouches-du-Rhône Romain Bobry cruel to his parliamentary aide? In any case, according to our information, she filed a complaint against him at the gendarmerie of Seine (Bouches-du-Rhône) for acts of violence that allegedly occurred on January 26 at 22:00.

According to this complaint, the underlying facts are a dispute over non-payment of assistants’ time. Another version is that the elected official pushed him and stuck his fingers in the door, which led to a temporary interruption in work for 5 days. The events allegedly took place in Senas, where the elected official’s parliamentary office is located.

“I have never committed any act of violence”

In a conversation with Le Parisien, Romain Beaver assured that the reported facts are “completely false.” “She is just trying to keep her job even though I have filed a dismissal case against her. Her work and her behavior have tarnished the image of my parliamentary office,” the MP continues, clarifying that she is a local assistant on a fixed-term contract for three months.

“I have never committed any act of violence against her or any of her associates. I will have the opportunity to explain this if the police ever call me,” he adds. The working relationship between the aide and the elected official soured for some time, according to a source close to the investigation.
