The title, developed by the Polish studio Techland Games and which had been announced since 2018 during E3, is the first sequel to ‘Dying Light’, released in 2015 by this same European developer.

The events of ‘Dying Light 2: Stay Human’ take place 15 years after the first installment, and take the player to a world in which the Harran zombie virus has spread and humanity has had to take refuge in the last settlements .

The protagonist, Aiden Caldwell, is one of the pilgrims, the people who travel between the different human nuclei to bring resources and valuable information to their inhabitants, and during the story he is in the City.

The player can make different decisions that influence the functioning of the city, such as the use of its resources, and that also shape the story.

Techland’s video game features a character played by actress Rosario Dawson, Lawan, as well as a parkour system to move around the environment designed by David Belle, considered its inventor.

‘Dying Light 2: Stay Human’ is available from this Friday for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X and S consoles, Xbox One, PC and the Nvidia GeForce Now service, for a price starting at US$59.99 for its basic version. Later it will also be released for the Nintendo Switch hybrid console, although in a cloud version.

The title is launched with a post-launch content plan with more than five years of support, in which, in addition to new stories and events, they will be able to access a second DLC of their narrative and other free or paid expansions.
