América de Cali rescued a draw at home in the 89th minute, when a center attempt ended in a deflected ball in Jerson Malagón. The trajectory was arc and the goalkeeper could not avoid both.

The locals were superior in possession for most of the game, but generated few scoring chances. Santa Fe found few dangerous actions and was more effective. They both got a point.
