There will be a trial for sexual assault within the Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône football club, in the Bouches-du-Rhône. The judge in charge of the case decided to send two people from the Port-Saint-Louis sports agreement, the coach of the U15s, as well as the president to corrections. As Marsactu relates, Michel K., coach of the U15s, is being prosecuted for corruption of minors, forced sexual abuse of 15-year-old minors, invasions of privacy and possession of child pornography images.
The volunteer president of the sports association, Hahia A., was dismissed for non-denunciation. About fifteen people, including five young victims of sexual assault, as well as associations, brought civil action. The U15 coach had acknowledged during his hearings the facts alleged by minors aged 13 to 15.
He filmed them in the showers, spanked them bare ass, wrote “PSG” on the buttocks of a player whose birthday it was. Investigators also found photos of naked young people on his phone. The revelation of these facts had upset this commune of Bouches-du-Rhône, and the stories of young people have often been called into question. The families of the victims continue to denounce this atmosphere.
