Champions League: when and at what time will the quarterfinal draw be

This Wednesday, Chelsea and Villarreal became the last qualified for the quarterfinals of the Champions League, after eliminating Lille and Juventus respectively. Due to the regulations, the new round of the most important prestigious club tournament in Europe will be defined through a draw.

For this stage, there will be no restrictions on the teams by country or because they have met in the group stage. That is to say, there could be a Real Madrid vs. Atletico Madrid; or a duel between Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea.

The draw for the quarterfinals will take place this Friday, March 18, starting at 6:00 am (Peruvian time) at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.

When are the Champions League quarterfinals played?

UEFA previously established the calendar for the final stretch of the Champions League:

– April 5 and 6: first leg.

– April 12 and 13: round of quarters.

– April 26 and 27: first leg of the semifinals.

– May 3 and 4: semi-final second leg.

– May 28: final (Stade de France).
