It was Mathis Le Berre (Côtes-d’Armor-Marie Morin-U) who won the 40th edition of the Tour de Normandie cyclist this Sunday. He won ahead of two other Frenchmen: Thomas Bonnet (Vendée U) and Paul Penhoët (Groupama-FDJ). So much for the (real) result of the general.
