Qatar 2022 World Cup draw: date, time, channels and where to watch it

The draw for the world Cup Qatar 2022which will be held on April 1 in Doha, will be based on the FIFA ranking of March 31, so the seeds will not be known until then, the world soccer body announced on Tuesday.

The 32 participating teams will be divided into 8 pots “following sporting criteria based on the FIFA Men’s World Ranking that will be published on March 31 after the international period,” the body specified. Qatar will be one of the seeds as the host country and the other seven teams from Pot 1 will be the highest ranked in the standings FIFA.
