Jean Ferrari clarified the issue with the sponsoring company, after conflict over Andy Polo

Universitario de Deportes was notified of a problem with the company AJEPER SA, which considers that “your reputational image is affected” due to the case of Andy Polo and therefore decided to suspend the delivery of its products (Sporade rehydrating agents). Jean Ferrari, administrator of the Ate club, had an immediate response to what happened and clarified the picture.

In the first instance, the manager of the “Crema” team publicly shared a notarized letter, with the reply to the renowned company and highlighting that there was a breach of contract. Through the document, the sports institution also provides details about the agreement signed with the footballer from the Portland Timbers of the MLS.

Andy Polo has a period of 15 business days to reconcile all issues related to family law or, failing that, reliably prove appropriate support for his minor children “, indicates one of the points of the note. As revealed by Jean Ferrari, the aforementioned company expressed through another notarial letter to be pleased with the corrective and disciplinary measures adopted regarding the Andy Polo issue. In addition, the entity assured, in relation to the complaint received, that it established an internal policy not to tolerate any form of discrimination.

Finally, AJEPER SA reiterated to Universitario its “greater willingness to strengthen the good relations that have been maintained to date and remain available to maintain dialogue between the parties for the benefit of continuing to build a relationship for the benefit of the development of national sport”.
