Real Madrid reached an agreement with Antonio Rüdiger for German to be a new signing

It is not long before the 2021-22 season comes to an end in the different European leagues. Real Madrid is close to getting a new title in LaLiga and is one of the candidates to be champion of the Champions League. Those are the objectives in terms of competition, but in the merengue store they also think about signings.

One of the names that has been linked to the Spanish team is Antonio Rüdiger. The defender ends his contract with Chelsea on June 30, 2022 and, according to the ‘Blues’ coach, Thomas Tuchel, the German has no intention of continuing in the English institution.

In the midst of this, the renowned Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano announced that Real Madrid has already reached an agreement with the athlete so that he becomes the next incorporation and even detailed when the signing of the link would be made.

“The agreement between ‘Toni’ Rüdiger and Real Madrid has been reached for four years, valid until June 2026. It is a matter of final details before signing the contracts. There is no official announcement before the end of the season, although ‘Toni’ will sign in May”, the statement said in a post on Twitter.

The newspaper Marca, for its part, reported that everything could be closed this week. “Real Madrid is thinking of four seasons for the German and, if there are no medical problems, the deal could be closed this week, although it would never become official until the end of the season.”, detailed the media in an article on its official website.

Antonio Rüdiger, 29, apart from Chelsea, has played in Stuttgart and Rome, and is regularly called up to the Germany team. In fact, the defender seems to be one of the ‘Mannschaft’ fixtures for the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
