The big clubs in Europe that would be interested in the Uruguayan jewel, Darwin Núñez

The great season of Darwin Núñez in the benfica has aroused the interest of several major clubs in Europe. At 22 years old, the young Uruguayan soccer player has become the best player in the Portuguese league and apparently, he has little time left at the ‘Eagles’ club.

According to Diario AS, Premier League clubs such as: Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Arsenal, would be after the striker’s footsteps.

The ‘Red Devils’ would seek to hire the striker at the request of their new coach Erik Ten Hag. On the other hand, Manchester City is another interested in Núñez, since, after not being able to finalize the signing of Haaland, Pep’s team does not see the Uruguayan’s arrival with bad eyes.

In LaLiga Santander there are 2 clubs interested in Núñez, we are referring to Atlético de Madrid and Barcelona. The ‘Colchoneros’ have in mind to sell Álvaro Morata and plus the departure of Luis Suárez, the forward position would be occupied by Darwin.

While the ‘Blaugranas’ have in mind to incorporate Robert Lewandowski into the team, however, if they fail to finalize the signing they would go for the 22-year-old Uruguayan striker.

It should be noted that Darwin has a clause of 150 million, but at Benfica they are aware that it is their time to leave and make the leap to a continental giant, that is why they would not put obstacles in the negotiations.
