Ancelotti revealed the key to the LaLiga title: “The atmosphere in the locker room made the difference”

Real Madrid finished LaLiga Santander with a goalless draw against Betis at the Santiago Bernabéu. Now, Carlo Ancelotti’s squad will be psyched up for the UEFA Champions League final against Liverpool on May 28 at the Stade de France.

After the equality, the DT of the white box provided a balance on what the season of the Spanish tournament meant. “The team has a very high grade because we started well and we finished better. The team has always been committed to collective work”He mentioned at a press conference.

“Then, we have had good individuals like Courtois, Vinícius Júnior and Benzema. But I’m left with the atmosphere in the locker room that has been spectacular, and this has made the difference this season. I thank you for this”he pointed.

On the other hand, he referred to Isco’s last game at the Bernabéu. “We talked about it before the game. He debuted with Madrid, before Betis and scored a headed goal. And he says goodbye in front of the same rival. He has had a fantastic career and has been key in Real Madrid’s great achievements”he expressed.

“I think Francisco could have done more. He has been an important piece for this team. He has played many important finals, he has always competed with a lot of quality. Wish you all the best”, mentioned.

In the same way, he spoke about Gareth Bale who is also leaving the white box. “He wanted to say goodbye and play if he was okay. Although, he has one last chance because he’s going to be fine for the final.”he added.
