But with a lot of effort, Luis Advíncula improved, he took over the right wing of the defense in the starting team and, today, the Peruvian has the affection of the millions of “Xeneize” fans. With that confidence gained, Advíncula played the League Cup final against Tigre, who won 3-0 against the blue and gold team and was one of the most effusive in Boca’s celebration.

Boca Juniors won the 2022 Professional League Cup of Argentine soccer by beating Tigre 3-0 this Sunday in the final, played at the Mario Kempes stadium, in the city of Córdoba (center).

Defender Marcos Rojo opened the scoring in the first half stoppage (45’+3), and Frank Fabra and Luis Vázquez increased, at 68 and 85 minutes, respectively.

With this title, Boca Juniors got their ticket to the group stage of the Copa Libertadores de América 2023.
