Antonio Rüdiger reappears in networks with a bandage on his head after his injury in Shakhtar vs. real Madrid

Antonio Rüdiger became Real Madrid’s hero in the UEFA Champions League. The German defender scored the equalizer (1-1) over Shakhtar in the final minutes, however, he suffered a cut to the head after colliding with goalkeeper Anatoli Trubin.

After scoring, the defender tried to get up, but he was bleeding and had to be helped by his teammates. Later, the medical staff of the Spanish club attended him. After several hours of uncertainty, the player reappeared on social networks.

Through one of his stories on his Instagram account, the footballer published a photograph showing that he wears a bandage on his head. “We are alive”wrote the athlete who reinforced the team led by Carlo Ancelotti for this season.

However, Real Madrid fans are concerned about Antonio Rüdiger’s injury, as they fear that he will not play this Sunday’s Spanish classic against Barcelona. It is worth mentioning that both teams are equal in points, but the azulgrana team is the leader for having a better goal difference.
