Jesús Chávez apologized after statements about incentives that generated controversy

Recently, Jesús Chávez was open to the possibility of receiving incentives to win games, now that we are near the end of the Liga 1 Closing Tournament. This caused the footballer to receive criticism from many Sport Boys fans. A few days after that episode, the popular “Chucho” decided to apologize publicly.

In the statement, ‘Chucho’ Chávez also addressed the media that had provided information “inaccurate” about the salary he receives, a fact that has him mortified, especially for the safety of his family.

“With great surprise, I see that some media outlets are affirming the amount of salary that I receive for playing professionally in the Club Sport Boys Association. Given this, I wanted to clarify that the figure they mention is totally inaccurate and, by publishing this type of false information, what they do is expose my integrity, mainly that of my family. For this reason, I demand that the different media outlets that are disseminating unconfirmed information, retract as quickly as is required. Otherwise, I will analyze and take the respective legal measures”he expressed.
