However, fame was not on his side recently, as the striker experienced an embarrassing moment when he visited a bank and this story reached the main local media.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the attacker of the Colombian team attended the Fideuram headquarters in Piazza Matteotti, as he had an appointment with a financial advisor and, in addition, he planned to carry out some procedures. However, the ‘9’ did not count on receiving a negative response at the doors of the place.

According to the information published by the Italian newspaper, the security agents prevented the 31-year-old athlete from entering the aforementioned bank. In fact, those in charge of the reservation used a disconcerting phrase to address the South American: “Where do you think you’re going? This is not a place for you, go somewhere else”says the cited source.

Why was Duván Zapata blocked from entering?

Duván Zapata, surprised by the scene, tried to identify himself to the men at the entrance to the bank.
